Las Vegas may be one of the most bizarre places I have ever visited... but I secretly loved it! Now if I was being honest with you, for the first 24 hours I was on sensory overload and wondered if I had made a mistake coming here. It really is the craziest place; from drinking on the streets to smoking indoors (in the casinos), flashing lights and loud music everywhere, it really is overwhelming BUT I would so recommend it to anyone if you want somewhere to let loose and have fun.

Being a big foodie, I had to make sure that we ate well, so here's a little list of some great places to try;

Breakfast; Mon Ami Gabi, Egghead, Denny's, Eggslut

Dinner; Best Friend, Cantina Tequila, Twisted Sourdough Pizza, Saffron

The absolute highlight of the trip was having a private hike in the Valley of Fire. It was like being on Mars! And so silent that you could hear your own blood moving around your body.

Everyone has to try Vegas once in their lives, but I have a sneaky suspicious we'll be back again at some point.
